About Me

 

Hello! I'm Alexandra Purcell, and I am currently serving as an AmeriCorps volunteer through the Catholic Volunteer Network. I am a participant in Amate House, a young adult service program through the Archdiocese of Chicago, Illinois. My service is focused at St. Vincent de Paul Center, a nonprofit daycare, where I work as an Early Childhood Teaching Assistant.

I enjoy volunteering and serving in my professional, as well as free time. In fact, this year, I am living in community with 11 other volunteers, all of whom work with nonprofits. Soon, I hope to be working in public relations with a nonprofit organization.
